TrACER™
The Training Assessment Capabilities Evaluation and Reporting (TrACER) system is an automated education and training assessment tool for effective, tailored training to optimize educational capabilities.
Customizable Content
TrACER is fully customizable, allowing you to create your own cognitive tests, surveys, and skill assessment checklist. It provides pre- and post-cognitive tests using a specialized algorithm that generates equally weighted but randomized tests for each student. The checklist is designed to encourage step decomposition to the “GO/NO GO” score level.
Rater Reliability
TrACER includes a rater reliability checklists that allows you to test each instructor’s consistency among other instructors, and with themselves over time. This creates a consistency of instruction and assessment, giving you confidence that all students are receiving the best training from all of your instructors.
Reports for Tailored Training
TrACER comes with nearly 20 reports spanning from individual performance results to full data exports. These reports can be used to provide specific feedback to an individual student, tailor training for a full class based on their group strengths and weaknesses, and to assess the validity of your own custom content.
Integration with JETS and xAPI
TrACER comes ready to integrate with JETS and xAPI. You can map checklist steps to certain data from the MMS FOM so that the checklist becomes automated when TrACER is on a JETS federation. TrACER will automatically mark a step as right or wrong based on the data it receives from other federates on a JETS federation. TrACER can also export its checklist results to a learning record store through xAPI statements.
